Austin, the manager of this site was very professional, helpful, kind, and assisted me in getting the right space for my move from another storage facility down the street. Austin explained to me all the options available, explaining the access hours and even helped me setup up Autopay. The whole experience was efficient, no hassles, and simple, the way I like it. Security is a big deal for me, and it was reassuring seeing numerous cameras all around the facility. Each storage space comes with a free lock with 3 keys in it as others have stated.
